While it certainly is a challenging time for students, parents, and children, we want to share some good news!

For the 6th year in a row, our efforts to turn around chronic absenteeism in grades K-8 are proving results: Last school year, the 713 students served with over 950 tailored supports attended school regularly at significantly higher rates (87%) than their schools’ average attendance rate (74%).

We crossed the 400 line for seniors graduating through Back on Track’s for credit recovery and specialized supports. 408 have graduated to be precise, and hundreds of more students at risk of not graduating in grades 9-12 are being helped to beat the odds and earn their diplomas.

The 90% Graduation by 2020 partners are innovating and stepping up to continue to provide the right supports to the right child at the right time to remain engaged with school and make steady progress in this new, virtual environment.
