We’re preventing homelessness and supporting housing stability.
We help people find and maintain permanent housing. Homes create safe havens for people. They also allow them to build connections, fuel educational successes and employment opportunities and protect their financial stability.
Innovative approaches
We work alongside Anchorage nonprofits, government agencies and landlords. Together, we support people experiencing or on the verge of experiencing homelessness. Our innovative approaches seek to make homelessness rare and brief.
Emergency rental assistance
We’re helping cover rent for Anchorage community members whose household makes less than 80% of the area’s median income, are experiencing housing insecurity, and faced financial hardship due to COVID-19. Find out if you qualify by completing the eligibility screener.

Eviction Diversion
We help keep our community members housed. Sometimes, people face unanticipated hardships that cause them to fall behind on their rental payments. We can step in to make one-time payments to these tenants’ landlords.

Home for Good
Persistent homelessness is one of our community’s complex challenges. Home for Good aims to help our most visible and vulnerable people experiencing homelessness. Working with partner agencies, we connect these people with housing and support services.
Landlord Housing Partnership
Our community’s landlords receive resources and support through this unique partnership. Together, we’re growing the number of rental units available to community members who need housing.
